Returns Policy

Our machines are built with the highest quality standards.  Within UK, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with the product, then the following steps apply:

  1. We try to identify the fault and rectify it over the phone if possible.
  2. If above did not work then it will be at our discretion if we dispatch an engineer to your location, or to collect the product and repair it in our workshop and then send it back to you.

The service is free of charge during the warranty period.  We may be able to provide you with a loan machine (subject to availability) free of charge if the repairs are likely to take a while. However, we aim to repair our laser machines within 2-5 working days. We do not accept any liability for any loss of earnings while repairing your machine.

Outside UK

If you purchased the product from our resellers then you need to contact them.

If you purchased the product directly from us then steps 1 and 2 would apply.  Please note that you pay for the cost of shipment to us, and we pay for the cost of shipment to you.
