12 Months of Cover

All British Institute of Lasers products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This cover applies to faults that arise during normal use within the warranty period.

If you notice a problem, contact our team promptly and avoid attempting to open, alter or repair the product yourself.

What is not covered

Warranty Exclusions

The standard warranty does not cover consumable items, damage caused by incorrect use or accidental damage.

Consumable Items

All consumables are excluded from the standard warranty.

Misuse or Tampering

Damage caused by misuse, tampering or improper use of the machine is not covered.

Accidental Damage

Accidental damage is excluded from the standard warranty.

Reporting a problem does not automatically confirm that it is covered by the warranty. We will assess the information provided and explain whether the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect or falls outside the cover.
