About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer who enjoys structured work and detailed documentation. The role centres on maintaining product quality, reviewing compliance requirements, and supporting internal teams with clear guidance. You will help ensure that equipment meets relevant safety standards and that records stay accurate and up to date. This suits someone who is methodical, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with technical information.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating quality control procedures for laser and IPL equipment
- Maintaining documentation to support compliance with CE, ISO, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinating product testing, checks, and internal audits
- Recording inspection results and reporting findings to the wider team
- Supporting engineers with compliance related queries and guidance
- Ensuring accurate record keeping across all quality and safety files
- Helping to identify areas where processes can be strengthened and simplified
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related technical field
- Comfort working with regulatory frameworks such as CE and ISO standards
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing detailed documentation
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements in simple terms
- Good organisational habits and a steady approach to routine checks
- Ability to work well with engineers, support staff, and external partners
