About the Role
We are looking for a General Assistant who enjoys varied days and steady responsibility. The role supports customer service, data work, digital marketing, and website tasks, so it suits someone who likes switching between practical jobs without losing attention to detail. You will help keep the business organised and ensure clients continue to receive consistent, thoughtful service.
Main Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries in a calm, friendly, and professional way
- Collecting and organising customer information into spreadsheets for accurate tracking
- Setting up and managing email remarketing campaigns
- Updating social media channels with fresh content that feels clear and engaging
- Improving website content to support better usability and overall clarity
- Assisting with layout changes and website improvements when needed
- Maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials
What We Are Looking For
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational habits and the ability to manage several tasks at once
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with comfort handling data
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools including email marketing and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of website development or CMS systems would be helpful
- Attention to detail with a steady sense of brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- A practical, adaptable approach to solving problems
