We also include the full Core of Knowledge training as a separate part of the package, free of charge, to support compliance and give you greater confidence in practice.

What happens when Training is completed?

Once training is complete, you will receive a Certificate of Training. This is required to secure insurance cover and to meet local council requirements if you plan to offer commercial treatments in the UK.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

1
Technology, Functionality & Credibility
How does the Nu TriLaze Lite compare to other laser hair removal machines?
Built for serious clinic use: The Nu TriLaze Lite gives you the kind of performance many clinics expect from larger, more expensive systems. It is compact and easy to work with, but the output is far beyond what you would usually get from basic IPL units or lower powered entry level diode machines.
Quicker treatments, stronger results: With firing speeds of up to 10 shots per second, larger treatment areas can be covered far more efficiently than with many slower systems. The SuperCool™ handpiece keeps skin consistently cool throughout treatment, so higher energy settings can be used comfortably and safely. That usually means better clearance in fewer sessions, without the mess of gels or sprays.
Three wavelengths in one system: The Nu TriLaze Lite combines Alexandrite, Diode and Nd:YAG in a single machine. That gives clinics far more flexibility across different hair types and Fitzpatrick skin types, without relying on separate platforms to do the job properly.
Made to last: Each handpiece is guaranteed for at least 20 million shots. That matters. It cuts down replacement costs and gives clinics more confidence in day to day use, especially when compared with cheaper machines that can become expensive to maintain quite quickly.
Straightforward to use: The touchscreen interface is simple, clear and easy to pick up. That makes training easier for new staff and helps experienced practitioners work efficiently without fighting with awkward settings or clunky menus.
The Nu TriLaze Lite gives clinics clinical level treatment power in a smaller footprint, backed by lifetime training and a 24 hour UK swap promise if a fault cannot be resolved on site.
Want to see it in action? Book a demo here or visit us in Coventry.
Are the Nu TriLaze Lite laser hair removal treatments painful?
Cooling is built in: The SuperCool™ handpiece keeps the skin at a low, controlled temperature during treatment. That makes sessions far more comfortable and removes the need for external cooling sprays or messy preparation.
Comfort helps performance: Because the skin stays cooler, practitioners can often work at stronger settings with more confidence. That helps target the follicle more effectively and can reduce the number of sessions needed to get visible improvement.
Easier on sensitive areas: Treatment tends to feel smooth and manageable across both small and larger areas, which helps clients feel more relaxed and more likely to come back for the full course.
Interested in more comfortable treatments? Read more here.
Are all skin and hair types suitable for laser hair removal?
Suitable for a wide range of clients: The Nu TriLaze Lite is designed to treat all Fitzpatrick skin types I-VI safely and effectively. Its three wavelength system gives practitioners the flexibility to treat both lighter and darker skin tones with far more confidence than many machines in a similar price bracket.
There are still limits: White and grey hairs are difficult for any laser system to treat well because they contain very little pigment. A proper consultation is still essential, both to confirm suitability and to set realistic expectations before treatment begins.

Will this machine keep up with industry advancements?
Designed to stay useful: The Nu TriLaze Lite includes lifetime software updates and flexible treatment settings, so the system can keep pace as protocols, expectations and clinic needs shift over time.
Support does not stop after purchase: Lifetime training and fast UK based support make a real difference once the machine is in daily use. Whether you are training new team members or expanding your treatment menu, there is practical support there when you need it.

Cost & Profitability
How quickly could I make a return on my purchase of the TriLaze Lite?
1. Revenue Per Client: The TriLaze Lite can generate strong income from a single treatment course:
  • Typical charge per session: £120
  • Average sessions per client: 6
  • Total income per client: £720
  • With bundled pricing, average per client: £650
2. ROI Timeline (Based on Client Growth): Many clinics recover their investment after around 35 to 40 clients. That usually happens over time as repeat bookings build month by month, rather than from a burst of sessions all at once.
