Most of us with Afro Caribbean heritage are lucky enough to have gorgeously dark and glossy hair. It grows thick and lustrous, and we work hard keeping it that way, with oils, rich conditioners, and products designed specifically to enable our black hair to look its best at all times.

The laser emits a light that is absorbed by the melanin cells, whereupon the light energy is converted to heat, damaging the follicle.
